I came across Katie on line for the Stop smoking hypnotherapy. I had one session with Katie and Quit smoking! I’ve not smoked since, not even one!
I’m so glad I came across Katie’s website and Had the hypnotherapy session, which I found to be very informative and she was so calming and made me feel very relaxed, and it worked!
I will be booking in again in the future for a different hypnotherapy session, I wouldn’t mind just seeing her once a week just to feel that calmness again!

I went to see Katie as the fear of speaking in public was making me ill. My friend recommended I see her as she had been helped by Katie with the same thing. Coming to see Katie as a heavy 40 a day smoker I was nervous I couldn’t kick the habit. After 1 session I became an ex-smoker and now I hate the smell! I have never had the urge to smoke since the session, and I can’t believe how much money I am now saving and how much better I feel in myself. I had been overweight my whole adult life and had always struggled with eating the right foods, so I decided to try hypnotherapy. Through my sessions with Katie, I discovered I was an emotional eater and connected food to how I was feeling in my life. Through sessions of talking and hypnotherapy, Katie helped me work through the issues in my life, and learn how to make healthier choices in food.
