My Approach

Before becoming a Hypnotherapist, I started my career as a NHS Registered Nurse and specialised as a Health Visitor for over 10 years. Throughout my nursing career, I gained valuable experience from working with individuals and families in traumatic or significant stages of their lives. I observed how physical issues can be a result of unresolved emotional issues from the past or due to unhealthy emotions about how you feel about yourself. My experiences led me to want to help people with their emotional health, and I trained as therapist and started my own practice.

I work with both children and adults, and being a Health Visitor has given me a fantastic foundation to help children and families with issues that they are experiencing; such as anxiety, phobias and fears. I love working with all my clients to empower them in making positive changes in their lives.


Working together and using a range of techniques, I am able to give you the personal therapy designed for YOU. Every client is different so therapy is not one size fits all.​
